Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.


Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping Cost: $4.99

Express Shipping

  • Delivery Time: 1–3 business days
  • Shipping Cost: $9.99

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped.


Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on qualifying orders of $49.99 or more (before applicable taxes and shipping charges) shipped within the United States.

Customers who qualify for free shipping may still choose Express Shipping during checkout for $9.99.


Shipping Destinations

At this time, Lavitalis ships to addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations unless otherwise stated on our website.


Delivery Estimates

Shipping times provided during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Natural disasters
  • Public holidays
  • Other unforeseen events

Lavitalis is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier after an order has been dispatched.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery or returned shipment, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address after placing an order. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered processing.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help provide an appropriate resolution.
