Returns

At Lavitalis, we want you to feel confident in every purchase.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, most unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition.
The product should include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging whenever possible.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:

Opened wellness accessories
Resistance bands that have been used
Digital downloads
Gift cards
Personalized or customized products

DVDs, CDs, and USB products that remain unopened may generally be returned within the return period. Opened media products may only be returned if they are defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Photos of the product and packaging may be requested to assist with the claim.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow:

2–5 business days for return processing
Additional time depending on your financial institution for the refund to appear

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged product, we will gladly replace it with the same item, subject to availability.

Return Shipping

Unless the return is the result of our error or a defective product, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable returns.
